The Wylie boys varsity golf team continued their great season with another championship, this time during a crazy wind storm at the Cleburne Links Golf course during spring break.

The Bulldogs shot a two-day team-total of 616 to capture first place. Individually, WHS freshman Jack Steadman won the title with a 146. Junior Reese Templeton placed second individually with a 148. All six Bulldogs - Steadman, Templeton, Casen James, Jack Curington, Jack Cole, and Carson Groban - placed in the top 10.

WHS is back on the course on Monday, March 24 for the first round of the District 4-5A Tournament. The round will take place at Weeks Park in Wichita Falls.
