The Wylie boys golf team opened their fall season with an impressive 10th place finish out of 52 teams competing last weekend at the Bart Granger Invitational at Pecan Valley Golf Course in Ft Worth.

The Wylie boys golf team opened their fall season with an impressive 10th place finish out of 52 teams competing last weekend at the Bart Granger Invitational at Pecan Valley Golf Course in Ft Worth.

The two-day tournament included the Bulldogs setting a new school record with a first round team score of 288 on Friday morning. After a 305 in Friday's afternoon round, WHS shot a 298 on Saturday, locking in 10th place with a three-round total of 891.
