It was total domination for the Wylie girls soccer team Tuesday night in Lubbock as the Lady Bulldogs scored a season-high 11 goals in an 11-0 rout of Lubbock High.

Seven WHS players found the back of the net with goals on the night. Allie Allen was dominant with four goals and Maci Hanson scored two goals on the night as well. Adding to the Wylie attack with goals were Kaylee Richardson, Sarah Williams, Taylar Riley, Maly Wallem and Zoey Robinson.

Riley and Williams added two assists while Lucy Fulton, Rozlyn Rumsey, Richardson, Chloe Williams and Jessalyn Thomas tabbed one apiece.

"Great TEAM win on the road last night,” said coach Maddie Martin. “We were able to get several players time on the field and rest some of our starters for Friday. Everyone that went in worked hard to keep the level of intensity high and use their minutes to grow their confidence and skill. It's good to see players coming off the bench and making an impact in the game. We're ready to be back in Lubbock Friday for a big game against Coronado."

WHS is now 11-8-4 on the year and 7-2-1 in District 4-5A. Their game versus Coronado is this Friday, March 10 beginning at 5:00 p.m. in Lubbock.
