The Wylie girls soccer team remained undefeated in the early district season after beat Monterey 2-1 Friday night at High Sandifer Stadium.
Taylar Riley and Allie Allen paved the way for the WHS offense by each providing a goal, while Lucy Fulton and Sarah Williams picked up the assists. Senior Mallory Bankhead had six saves in goal.
The Bulldogs are now 6-4-1 overall and 3-0 in district. They are back on the pitch Tuesday night at Lubbock High. The match begins at 7:00 p.m.
