If your child is participating in athletics for the 2024-2025 school year, he or she will need a current physical before they will be allowed to participate in practice.

Hendrick Bone and Joint is providing another opportunity to complete physicals on Saturday, August 3 at their office located at 1633 Cottonwood. Physicians will be available from 9:00 am until 11:00 am.

No appointment is necessary. The cost is $15.

A blank physical form is located on the website wyliebulldogathletics.com within the "RESOURCES" pull-down menu and the "FORMS" tab.

Please return the completed physical form to a Wylie athletic trainer in person or email a PDF version of the document to kathryn.gay@wyliebulldogs.org.
