The Wylie boys golf team put on another impressive performance against some of the best golf programs in the state last weekend as the team carded two consecutive rounds under 300 to finish in 5th place at the Dinosaur Classic in Glen Rose.

Last year, the Bulldogs only had one round all season where they broke 300 as a team. This season, they have done it three times in four rounds of competition.

This year's Dinosaur Classic featured teams from Ft. Worth All Saints, Addison Trinity Christian and Dallas Highland Park. All Saints won the tournament with a final score of 16-under par.

Individually, Casen James (146), Reece Templeton (148), and Jack Cole (150) all finished in the top 20. The top 10 individuals all finished under par in the two-day tournament.

Wylie is back on the course at the West Texas Classic this Friday and Saturday in Odessa.
