The Wylie volleyball team held serve on their home court Friday night as the Bulldogs shut down Lubbock High in straight sets at Bulldog Gym 25-16, 26-24, 25-14.
Indiah Maroney tallied a team-high eight kills and four blocks while Wesley Ruff followed with seven kills. Hanna Hood scored 20 assists, nine digs and two aces, Kat Martinez tallied 14 digs, and Callie O’Connell chipped in six digs and seven assists.
The Bulldogs, 17-16 overall and 3-1 in District 4-5A, host Lubbock Coronado on Tuesday. The varsity match first serves at 6:00 p.m.
